Attend your appointment
During your appointment, your dentist will examine your teeth and discuss the recommended treatment options for you, as well as detail the available DentiCare plans, including deposits and monthly payments.
All that’s left for you to do is choose the one that suits your needs!

Complete the form
Once you have decided on the payment plan, you can then fill out and sign the direct debit form from DentiCare. There are no credit checks or detailed financial information required.
Our staff will send this form to DentiCare to establish your payment plan.

Eligibility Requirements for DentiCare
To be eligible for a DentiCare payment plan, you must be over 18 years of age, an Australian citizen, employed, and not subject to any debt or bankruptcy agreements.
DentiCare offers customised payment plans to meet your individual needs. Depending on the cost of your dental treatment, you can pay it off in 2-36 months with weekly, fortnightly, or monthly payments. DentiCare payment plans cover treatment costs ranging from $250 to $12,000. It is also possible to use DentiCare in conjunction with your health fund.
