How does SuperCare work?

Book an appointment
Schedule an appointment at Royal Dental Spa. During your appointment, consult with the dentist about your dental treatment plan. Our clinic will send your information to SuperCare via an online referral form.
A SuperCare consultant will contact you to discuss your eligibility.

Start your application
Upon signing up as a SuperCare client, the application process for your Compassionate Release of Super (CRS) will begin. SuperCare will contact Royal Dental Spa to request the required support letter for your CRS claim.
Royal Dental Spa will sign and provide the CRS form to Supercare.

ATO will review your application
Your application will be thoroughly examined by SuperCare and sent to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). Approval of your application can take up to ten business days from when the request was formally lodged.
Please note that the early release of your super is subject to final approval by the ATO.

Approval of your application
Royal Dental Spa will be notified once your application has been approved by the ATO. The super funds will be released within five to seven business days of approval.
Please keep in mind that withdrawals are limited to one every twelve months.
Eligibility Requirements for SuperCare
Eligibility requirements for the early release of superannuation through SuperCare are quite straightforward to understand. To qualify, you must be an Australian citizen or a permanent resident with a superannuation account and meet the compassionate ground requirement.
SuperCare has already assisted many Australians with the early release of their superannuation funds to finance their needed dental treatments or for an eligible family member. Despite this, a significant number of people are unaware that such options exist! To find out if your family member is eligible for financial assistance, check the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993.
